Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During product launches, limited releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • ParlayGolf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, or import fees

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
