Refund policy

At ParlayGolf, we stand behind the quality of every product we release.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Limited releases, sale items, and promotional items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
